Our Process

1. Consult/ Discovery Call - Every client has specific needs and a unique desired outcome for their event. In order to fully grasp these things, we set up a 30-minute call with you where we gather as many details as possible. Afterwards, our team puts together a visual presentation specific to your event.

2. Visualize/Exploration - Using specialized software, we package your vision into a fully realized proposal with a state-of-the-art video representation of your future event, in addition to a detailed quote for your investment in our services.

3. Deliver/Execute - Once we enter the delivery phase, our team puts together an event-day plan to ensure we meet and hopefully even exceed the high standards for which we’re known. If your event will take place in a space we are unfamiliar with, this may require a site visit. From start to finish, we help you plan and implement every crucial key — big and small — to putting on an event that proves successful beyond your wildest expectations. From dry runs to a variety of on-stage talent options and beyond, you can be sure we’ll help you create the perfect messaging and presentation to captivate your audience.

We've been doing this awhile, so we compiled a list of answers to some of our clients' most frequently asked questions. If your question isn't addressed here, please always feel free to contact us directly.

Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes. Elite Sound Events is fully insured for all events, and we can provide your venue with a Certificate of Insurance upon request.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept personal / bank check, money orders, cash, ACH, PayPal, wire transfers and all major credit cards. There is a 3.5% service fee for payments via credit card.

Do you charge fees or sales tax?

There are no hidden fees, charges, or sales tax.

Do you charge a travel fee?

Our only travel charge would be for events that take place more than 60 miles from Kansas City, Missouri.

What is the required deposit to book services? When are balances due?

We require a 50% deposit to be paid upon signing a contract for an event.  The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
